London police discovered a tiny marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff noticed the lost animal on July 18. The animal was nervous and had any food or water while trembling. It withstood the harsh ordeal. Animal advocates called it an illegal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers discovered a newly described monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery occurred during a routine survey in the Congo Basin.
