The well-known Festival d'Été de Québec closed with high numbers. Big acts played several stages on Grande-Allée and within Parc de la Francophonie. Organisers counted an increased number of people than ever before. Opening night had some issues which might have become a larger problem. Rain showers caused trouble on some days. Still, locals kept showing up despite the mess . A simple check after the event showed most people were happy with how it ran, even with the rough patches .
