Marvel unveiled a new look for the Punisher this week.
The design shows up in the crossover comic Predator vs. Punisher, set to reach stores in November.
In the same issue the anti‑hero appears beside new versions of Spider‑Man and Daredevil, each given a bolder style.
Actor Jon Bernthal, who portrays the Punisher, says he pushes hard into the role and labels his preparation relentless.
Fortnite has also introduced a Punisher skin and a Spider‑Man outfit for players.
Gamers can now wear both looks in the battle royale.
